Refund and Returns Policy

At Propossmei Philippines, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unopened and in its original packaging.


Please note: We do not accept returns for items that have been opened and used, unless they are defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@propossmei.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, along with instructions for returning your item.
  3. Shipping the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If you are returning an unopened item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund:

  • If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Gift cards
